This toner gets its special mattifying effect from allantoin which activate micro-fine exfoliation. Algae, sodium PCA and sea water simultaneously balance and moisturize the skin. It guarantees improved absorption of subsequent care products, leaving the complexion with a matt, balanced appearance.
